What is the difference between an adjustable bed of yours and a hospital bed ?

A hospital bed is a regular type of bed with mattress and other accessories without any function and adjustment.

While our hospital beds can be functioned by electric motors or by cranks to achieve different adjustment (entire bed, back / foot, hi-low, trendelenburg or reverse,CPR).

What types of hospital beds do you have ?

There are electric and manual hospital beds [ regularly 2 - 6 functions for options (back / foot, hi-low, trendelenburg or reverse)].

What is CPR release for hospital bed ? 

A CPR function is a form of a button or lever in a hospital bed, which helps to drop the bed down into a flat position quickly in emergency.  

It can be used in electric opertaion or manual opertion

Before using CPR, head and leg board should be adjusted at flat positon simultaneously.

How long does it usually take for me to receive the hospital beds and others ?

Depends on if you want to do customization or not, and also depends on the speed of customs clearance and logistics, but we can guarantee to ship regular types in less than 40 business days.

What about the details of the packaging ?

To ensure the integrity and safety of product packaging, main products are packed in thick(7-layer) export cartons.

Of course, you can come in person or hire a third-party organization to inspect our factory.

What is your guarantee or warranty if we buy your hospital beds ?

We provide a standard 1 year warranty, optional to be increased.

Free spare parts will be offered if the damage because of manufacturing problem within 1 year after date of purchasing.

Beyond the maintenance period, we will charge the accessories, but technical service is still free.
